LUDLOW STOVES LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via PayPal payment gateway.

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Solo / Switch).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds paid to Ludlow Stoves Ltd have cleared in full.

ORDER NOTES

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Stirling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail or post complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Ludlow stoves Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. The website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Ludlow stoves Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

DELIVERY

Most items are delivered directly from the manufacturer, but deliveries can take upto 28 days. We may ship your order in one or more consignments depending on the nature of the order. We will always check stock availability and notify you of any delays. Free kerbside delivery is offered on all stoves in mainland UK. A courier will book in the delivery and the stove will be on a pallet. The lorry will deliver with a tail lift and push the pallet to a convenient location, however please note they are not insured to lift or enter the property. Please ask for the shipping price for non-mainland and overseas delivery. Please advise if there are any access issues. We can organise a 2 man delivery service, please call for further details.

PALLETS

All heavy bulky items like cookers, stoves and boilers will be shipped on a pallet and delivered by lorry. The lorry will have a tail lift and driver will wheel the item as far as they can with a pallet trolley. This is known as a kerbside delivery. Please advise us if there are any access issues.

All pallets are insured, so please carefully inspect the package before unwrapping it. If you are in any doubt please take a photo (preferably digital) in which the area of concern can be seen. In the unlikely event of damage to your item once you have unwrapped it please inform us immediately and photograph the damage. We will inspect the photos and assuming we believe the damage is due to manufacture or has occurred in transit we will arrange a replacement unit or component and the return of the faulty item Free of Charge.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

RETURNS

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which  you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

FLUE

Flue is ordered specifically for customer’s requirements. If returns are requested items are must sent back at the customers expense in perfect condition and a charge is made of 20% for re-stocking will be made.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All our stoves are CE approved and come with a manufacturers warranty. All appliances must be installed and commissioned by a fully qualified, registered engineer. A “Declaration of completion Certificate” must be obtained for the installation and retained by the end user. Failure to comply with these requirements may void your warranty.
